Are you new to yoga? or do you know someone who is interested in trying yoga? This 4 week beginner workshop series is developed and designed by our studio owners to introduce yoga to everyone!
Over these 4 weeks you will learn:
-what yoga is! it’s health benefits; mentally, physically and emotionally, a step-by-step review of the basics!
– a strong foundation in the fundamentals of yoga, breathing, relaxation and alignment of many yoga poses.
By the end of the series, you will be able to take your new yoga knowledge and begin a home practice, and/or comfortably step into a basic class at the studio!
We strive to provide a safe environment for beginners to feel welcome; all that is required is that you show up ready to try something new, and smile. This series is appropriate for EVERYONE!
