 We are all about increasing our clients ability to move through life with strength, ease and confidence.  Our community of teachers come from a variety of trainings and life experiences to bring you unique classes that leave you feeling revived both physically and mentally. We strongly encourage clients to sign up and go to as many classes as possible to see what each teacher offers.

Class Descriptions

Root Down -Rise Up

We have so much power in the early morning to design what our days can look like. Not only do you wake up your body, boost circulation, turn on digestion and get your lymphatic system moving with these morning classes, but you get to ground down, balance your nervous system and start your day literally rewiring your thought patterns!
Set your intention, move with your breath and reap all of the benefits throughout your day!
 

Morning Hatha

 Start your week with some strengthening and toning Hatha Yoga as we use the breath to move slowly and steadily throughout the practice. Transform your body and mind through classic postures sprinkled with breathing techniques, meditation, and a few AUMs.    All Levels Class!

 

Yoga LIFT

The lovechild of yoga and the gym.  Push, pull, hinge, squat, breath and flow. This class combines traditional yoga postures with strength and conditioning to create better movement patterns in both activity and life.  Each class will have a three part focus: activation, strength and mobility.
Combined they are a superpower that will improve performance prevent injury, enhance your health and put a smile on your face.
All levels are welcome!
 

Strong Slow Flow

This strong slow flow is a sweet balance of movement and connection. You will experience a harmonious blend of breath, alignment, slow transitions, flexibility and you guessed it: strength. 
While this class is moderately vigorous, there are  lots of modifications given for both beginner and advanced students. While new students will be developing body awareness and alignment; experienced students are encouraged to play and explore advanced variations of postures (asanas).  
 

 Release & Restore

This class focuses on myo-fascial release techniques rolling on therapy balls. The release work helps to break up adhesions between connective tissue layers (think scar tissue) and we blend the release work with restorative posses. Using the passive lengthening and relaxation to allow tissues to realign into natural orientations. All while our nervous system balances out.
Such a great and hugely needed class for everyone. You don’t need to have any yoga experience for this class. It’s all levels, for anyone holding stress, anxiety or depression and really great for anyone with injury(ies).
 

Men’s Yoga

This class is for men with a focus on improving functional strength and flexibility.  These classes are usually in sessions in order to progress. All levels welcomed.

 

Prenatal Yoga

Your pregnancy is an incredible time in your life. It’s filled with amazement, challenge and transformation. Introducing or continuing a yoga practice throughout your pregnancy can help to ease discomfort, strengthen your body and prepare your mind for childbirth. This prenatal yoga classes will be both nurturing and uplifting.

This class requires pre-registration.

 

Parent & Baby Yoga

Join Janine Lebeter for a 6 week series of Parent and Baby yoga classes designed to support your postpartum body’s healing journey. Each week we will engage in meaningful discussions about motherhood followed by a yoga practice with exercises chosen to rehabilitate your core and pelvic floor muscles.

Your baby joins you for this practice and will be engaged in a sensory experience with songs and movement. Of course, if your baby is napping let them relax while you enjoy a well-deserved stretch!

This class will be an inclusive and relaxed environment where you are free to pause and nurture your baby while also enjoying the healing and strengthening benefits of yoga.

• Suitable for 6 weeks to 12 months postpartum. No experience required.⁠

• Newborns to pre-crawlers
• Yoga and breath to rehabilitate your core & pelvic floor.⁠
• Songs and sensory experience for baby (or let them nap while you stretch!)⁠
• Connect with a community of other mothers⁠

 

VIN- YIN

This class is the perfect combination of flow and standing postures to get the body warm and create some heat and then transitions into the cooling stillness of yin postures to help achieve a balanced state. Yin yoga emphasizes long, passive holds to help target the joints and connective tissue to help increase circulation in the joints, improving flexibility.

YIN

This gentle practice will increase your flexibility and relaxation while opening your hips, lower back and shoulders. This class will enhance your overall sense of well-being and is suitable for all students.

 

Yoga Pilates Fusion and Fascial Release

This class is for everyone looking to build strength and enhance their functional movement. And at the same to use therapy techniques to release myofascia tissue in common areas of injury.
This class is anatomy focused and always full of creative movement. Come prepared to learn, grow your body wisdom and make an intention to move through your life with ease!

 

Beginner’s Class

This class is specifically designed for anyone totally new to yoga and who would like to learn about and experience the benefits of this practice. Classes usually run in sessions to create a progression of skills and abilities.  

 

Power Vinyasa Flow

Part of breaking out of traditional sun salutations is exploring how your body can move in new directions and in new patterns. Each week this class will have an element of surprise winning over the possibility of a new perspective. The sweet, sweaty, strengthening sequence efficiently warms your body from head to toe and will offer opportunity to okay and have fun in many variations of the poses explored! Designed to generate heat, this breath-cantered flow sculpts your upper and lower body, and opens your hips in preparation for blissful relaxation.

 

Kid’s Yoga

These fun classes will include songs, meditation, breathing techniques, games and yoga that will help build confidence and mindfulness in kids. We offer classes for kids ages 3-12 years old.  

 

SUP Yoga

This fun class will include a short lesson of the paddle basics, SUP yoga followed by an open paddle with friends.  Expect to laugh, find your core strength, improve your balance and be awed with the connection to nature!

This class is for all levels!

Prices may vary and classes are weather dependent.
