 We are all about increasing our clients ability to move through life with strength, ease and confidence.  Our community of teachers come from a variety of trainings and life experiences to bring you unique classes that leave you feeling revived both physically and mentally. We strongly encourage clients to sign up and go to as many classes as possible to see what each teacher offers.

Class Descriptions

Sunrise Yoga

A class to focus on fundamental poses that make up a well-rounded yoga practice. Wake up your body and mind with grounding poses, strength exercises, inversions, and expansive stretches to prepare you for the day ahead. Emphasis is placed on safe and effective alignment during poses and during the transitions between poses.

Individuals new to yoga, and those who have been practicing for years will enjoy deepening their understanding of these core poses and the effects they can have on the body, breath, emotions, thoughts, and sense of becoming more centered.
The first few hours set the tone for your whole day, so make it count with mindful movement. This class is designed for mixed-level participants – all levels welcome.

Morning Hatha

 Start your week with some strengthening and toning Hatha Yoga as we use the breath to move slowly and steadily throughout the practice. Transform your body and mind through classic postures sprinkled with breathing techniques, meditation, and a few AUMs.    All Levels Class!

 Hatha Nice Day

Sixty minutes to move your body and deepen your self-care is a lovely way to start the day.  Explore how to build a solid yoga practice in a supportive and welcoming environment with this morning hatha-style class. A practice that is great for beginners and those looking for a mindful back-to-basics class. 

Move through foundational poses; and explore breathing practices to strengthen body-mind awareness and connection. 

Hatha Flow

This class is rooted in classic poses and gentle flows, exploring our breathe and listening to the body as it moves! This class is for every BODY, all levels welcome.
If you come early – you may even enjoy a little yoga massage! There is no better way to beat the mid week blues! Meet you on the mat!

Restore & Unwind

The perfect way to end your weekend warrior activities, this restorative class uses both modern and ancient techniques to return the body to a state of ease and balance. Elements of myofascial release, yin yoga and athletic mobility target areas of tightness, stress or pain. Purposeful bodywork is essential for runners, hikers, cyclists, gardeners and anyone experiencing periods of physical or mental stress, to restore and prevent injury and keep you moving. Your body will thank you!

Sunday Gentle Flow

 A gentle flow that focuses on waking up the body slowly and mindfully. A class for everybody with a focus on building strength, flexibility and relaxation.

Men’s Yoga

This class is for men with a focus on improving functional strength and flexibility.  These classes are usually in sessions in order to develop progress. All levels welcomed.

Prenatal Yoga

Your pregnancy is an incredible time in your life. It’s filled with amazement, challenge and transformation. Introducing or continuing a yoga practice throughout your pregnancy can help to ease discomfort, strengthen your body and prepare your mind for childbirth. This prenatal yoga classes will be both nurturing and uplifting.

This class requires pre-registration.

 

Parent & Baby Yoga

Join Janine Lebeter for a 6 week series of Parent and Baby yoga classes designed to support your postpartum body’s healing journey. Each week we will engage in meaningful discussions about motherhood followed by a yoga practice with exercises chosen to rehabilitate your core and pelvic floor muscles.

Your baby joins you for this practice and will be engaged in a sensory experience with songs and movement. Of course, if your baby is napping let them relax while you enjoy a well-deserved stretch!

This class will be an inclusive and relaxed environment where you are free to pause and nurture your baby while also enjoying the healing and strengthening benefits of yoga.

• Suitable for 6 weeks to 12 months postpartum. No experience required.⁠

• Newborns to pre-crawlers
• Yoga and breath to rehabilitate your core & pelvic floor.⁠
• Songs and sensory experience for baby (or let them nap while you stretch!)⁠
• Connect with a community of other mothers⁠

 

Kid’s Yoga

These fun classes will include songs, meditation, breathing techniques, games and yoga that will help build confidence and mindfulness in kids. We offer classes for kids ages 3-12 years old.

Functional Mornings

Designed to be “everything you need” to support an active and athletic lifestyle, this twice weekly class incorporates muscle activation, bodyweight strength work and myofascial release. Either on its own or combined with a restorative session, it is a comprehensive program suitable for runners and anyone looking to build functional strength and/or prevent injury. 

Functional Flow into Winter

In Kim’s class you will move through a mindful progression that connects all aspects of Body/Mind. Her class is a blend of stability, mobility, strength, and breath work all rolled into one practice. Learning to go with the flow and keep you ‘tuned in’ as move into the Winter season. You will leave this class feeling more grounded inside and out and ready for the next adventure.

VIN- YIN

This class is the perfect combination of flow and standing postures to get the body warm and create some heat and then transitions into the cooling stillness of yin postures to help achieve a balanced state. Yin yoga emphasizes long, passive holds to help target the joints and connective tissue to help increase circulation in the joints, improving flexibility.

 YIN

This gentle practice will increase your flexibility and relaxation while opening your hips, lower back and shoulders. This class will enhance your overall sense of well-being and is suitable for all students.

Tune Up & Core Mobility

Short and to the point, this flow is sure to fire up your core from all sides. We work the core from the front body, back body and side body using poses like navasana (boat pose), salabhasana (locust pose) and vasisthasana (side plank). Then we flow into movements to activate and stretch commonly tight muscle groups, creating balanced strength and flexibility. Like oil for your hinges, this class is designed to help you move through life more freely and efficiently. You’ll explore dynamic variations of familiar poses and also learn some unconventional new movements. If you have an active lifestyle but feel limited by your flexibility, this class will help you expand your range of motion, so you can feel at ease both on and off the mat.

Yoga Pilates Fusion and Fascial Release

This class is for everyone looking to build strength and enhance their functional movement. And at the same to use therapy techniques to release myofascia tissue in common areas of injury.
This class is anatomy focused and always full of creative movement. Come prepared to learn, grow your body wisdom and make an intention to move through your life with ease!

Gentle Flow & Restore

A gentle flow class suitable for all yogi levels who want to relax and renew. This class will focus on mindfully moving through yoga postures using our breath and strengthening our muscles. Each class will close with a series of restorative based poses to relax your body and mind.

Restorative

This class is all about deep relaxation. We move through a few very simple, supported postures, held for 3-5 minutes each. Supported by poetry and a curated playlist of soothing music, this class will leave you feeling rested and restored. All bodies and levels are welcome. For those practicing at home, a couple of blocks and a bolster are recommended.

Flow & Restore

Come home to your body with this wholesome after-work flow. In this hour-long class we work with nourishing and restoring our joints, stoking our internal fire, stretching out tightness, and finally moving into a few restorative postures to calm the mind and body. We use lots of props and are supported by music in this class. All bodies and levels are welcome.

Weekend Flow

Beginning with a slow sequence to warm the body up, this class focuses on how alignment feels in your body as you move through asanas (poses) to help strengthen, improve balance and improve your flexibility.
This class is for all levels.

Beginner’s Class

This class is specifically designed for anyone totally new to yoga and who would like to learn about and experience the benefits of this practice. Classes usually run in sessions to create a progression of skills and abilities.  

Power Flow

Build strength and balance as Sam leads you through a dynamic sequence that not only challenges and energizes, but also soothes, rebalances and clears. This class is a strong moving flow to help cultivate stability, flexibility, and vigor. In parts of this class expect to hold asanas for longer periods to build strength and in other parts, move fast with breath to link sequences. Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practice as the asana ebbs and flows between effort and ease. Modifications are offered for beginning and advanced students.

SUP Yoga

This fun class will include a short lesson of the paddle basics, SUP yoga followed by an open paddle with friends.  Expect to laugh, find your core strength, improve your balance and be awed with the connection to nature! This class is for all levels!

Prices may vary and classes are weather dependent.
