- remove your footwear and socks at the front entrance
- try to arrive at least 10 minutes early for class, especially if you are new and need to complete the New Student Waiver
- wait for the yoga teacher to signal you to enter if you arrive late
- be silent or speak softly, so that others may relax and enjoy some quiet before the start of class
- bring only water or fill your water bottle from our water cooler
- turn mobile phones off, on silent, or vibrate if you are on-call
- make every effort to stay for the entire class
- inform the teacher at the start of class if you need to leave early and wait for an appropriate time to go E.g. just before Savasana
- share any injuries, physical limitations, etc. to your teacher so that s/he can provide you with modifications
- refrain from wearing scented products due to sensitivities & allergies
- please wipe down any studio equipment with cleaner provided
